Hello all!

My name is Karolina and I am volunteering as the new blogger for FOP Friends. This year I completed my degree in Molecular Biology and I am now studying for a Masters degree in Genomic Medicine at the University of Manchester. I aspire to become a clinical scientist in the field of genetics, specifically within genetic diagnosis of rare diseases.

Therefore, with the help of my science background I will be keeping up to date with ongoing research into FOP and summarising the findings as regular updates in a way that will hopefully be easier to understand.
